Interests:
Phenotypic mutations, translation errors, evolvability, robustness
Previous:
MSc in Marine Ecology at North University (2011-2013), Norway. Made a shift from evolutionary ecology to evolutionary bioinformatics.
As a PhD at the Bornberglab: studying translational errors' impact on protein evolution. More specifically, worked with ribosome profiling data in yeast, focusing on translational readthrough.
Current:
Postdoc at Aarhus University.
Publications:
Robustness by intrinsically disordered C-termini and translational readthrough, Nucleic Acid Research, 2018
No support for cryptic choice by ovarian fluid in an external fertilizer, Ecology and Evolution, 2018
